Received Wrong/ Damaged Products  

In case a wrong or defective order has been delivered, send us an email at  kidzooworldcare@gmail.com within 3 days of delivery with these details  

  • Order id  

  • Soft and hard copies of the invoice  

  • Clear Images and Video of the product to support the complaints raised by you  

Once we receive all these details, our team will connect you to resolve the query within 24 hours of tickets being raised.   

Cancellation the Order  

  • If you wish to cancel the order, you can do so by sending us an email to  kidzooworldcare@gmail.com within 3 hours of Delivery.    

  • Once the order has been dispatched, it can’t be cancelled.  

  • You can refuse to accept the order at the time of delivery (if you mistakenly provide the wrong address), Once the order is delivered, it can’t be returned.  

If your order is marked as delivered but not received by you.
